This class is designed for dancers ages 13 and up who are ready to push their technique, performance quality, and confidence to the next level in a focused, high-energy environment.

Duration : 45 Minute Warm Up and Technique Combinations, 45 Minutes to learn Phrase

Why should I take this class?

This master class is designed to help dancers grow beyond regular weekly training by focusing on performance-driven jazz technique, confidence, and artistry. Dancers will leave feeling challenged, inspired, and more prepared for auditions, performances, and advanced training opportunities.

Teacher Bio

Ella Marie Lassetter is a dancer, choreographer, and teacher from Wake Forest, North Carolina. She began her training at age eight at Taylor Academy of Dance under director Jill M. Taylor.

Ella has continued her training through summer intensives with the academy, Western Kentucky University, Chicago Repertory Ballet, and the Joffrey Ballet School (where she trained with the Dallas trainees). With a foundational ballet technique, Ella has explored many styles including pointe, jazz, hip-hop, modern, character, and contemporary.

Ella is currently pursuing dual majors in Dance and English (Creative Writing concentration) at Western Kentucky University, with a minor in Dance Marketing and Management and a certificate in Professional Writing. While attending university, Ella has auditioned and been accepted into the program’s resident dance company for both semesters and has performed in student and faculty work.

Ella is also a proud member of the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO).
