Why Should I Audition?
Our Company is designed for dedicated dancers ready to grow in technique, artistry, and performance. With multiple levels, we place dancers where they will be challenged, supported, and set up to succeed through individual corrections and one – on – one attention. We ensure each dancer is supported in a positive training enviorment.
How Does Placement Work?
Following the audition, our faculty will thoughtfully place each dancer into the company level that best supports their growth, based on their technique, experience, and overall readiness.
We believe every dancer deserves the opportunity to be challenged and to succeed in an environment that fits their individual development. Rather than placing dancers strictly by age, we prioritize technical ability and training level to ensure each dancer is set up for confidence, progress, and long-term success.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I Have to Audition Every Year?
Yes—Company members participate in auditions each year. However, this is not something to stress about. Our annual audition serves as an evaluation of each dancer’s technique, artistry, and growth over the past season.
It allows our faculty to ensure every dancer is placed in the level that will best support their continued progress and success. Our goal is always to help each dancer keep growing in the right environment—not to “cut” dancers, but to place them where they will thrive.
How Are Levels Determined?
Company levels are determined based on each dancer’s technique, experience, and overall readiness, rather than age alone. During auditions, our faculty evaluates dancers on their technical skills, artistry, performance quality, and growth potential.
This ensures that every dancer is placed in the level where they will be challenged appropriately, continue developing their skills, and have the best opportunity for success and growth.
What is the Time Commitment?
Time commitment varies by Company level. All levels participate in major performances, including Nutcracker and our Spring Show, and attend multiple classes each week. Each company level varies in time commitment.
For specific questions about schedules or expectations for each level, please reach out to us via text, call, email, or DM—we’re happy to provide details tailored to your dancer.
Can I audition if I still have questions or am unsure?
Yes — absolutely! We welcome all dancers to audition, even if you’re still deciding about your level of commitment. After the audition, our faculty is happy to answer any questions and help you make an informed decision for the 2026–2027 season.
